Q: What size is the crystal lamp?

The MagicLightHaus Dazz;e Light Crystal Lamp is: 8.6"in x 3.5"in

Q: Is the lamp voice or sound activated?

No, the lamp is soft-touch activated and does not turn on by voice or sound. You can also turn it on with a remote control. 

Q: Where can I request a refund, returns or exchange?

We love and stand by our product and hope you do too! 

Our policy lasts 7 days after your order is delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Q: What currency does your store use?

We use USD currency.

Q: I received a damaged item, what do I do?

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please email us your name, order number, receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged good for further assistance ([email protected]).

Q: Can I change or cancel my order once I submit it?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order once payment has been made. If you require assistance with your order, feel free to drop us an e-mail at [email protected] or submit your inquiry through the contact form

Q: Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide to every country with different shipping methods.

Q: Is it possible to get free shipping?

Yes, here at Magic Light Haus we offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders!

Q: When will my order ship?

We process orders within 1-5 business days after receiving the payment. After the order is processed, please allow 5-10 days for USA orders and 8-20 days for international orders. There might be delays that are out of our control, such as customs and postal delays.

Please Note: We are doing our best to deliver your order on time, however, we may experience delays somewhere along the way as we try to keep up with high demand.

ORDERING & ORDER STATUS

Q: Is there any order and shipping confirmation?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation once your order is made. Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your package will be sent to you! Please allow 1-5 business days for your tracking number to be sent.

Q: Why is my tracking link not showing me anything?

If your tracking number doesn't work or has errors, it could be that your shipment hasn't been picked up by the courier or the courier has not scanned it as received. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be logged by the shipping courier.

Q: My package is missing. What should I do?

Please use the tracking number and link within the shipping confirmation email to track your package!

Q: Where can I enter my discount code?

You can enter it at checkout.

Q: Can I use multiple discount codes when placing my order?

No. You can only use one discount code per order.
